Charming cabin on the beautiful Hiawassee River. This cabin is a true unicorn – sitting on a rare, flat 1.7-acre grassed lot with stunning river frontage. You’ll be hard-pressed to find another rental cabin that offers this combination of flat lawn and breathtaking river views. Relax on the porch and listen to the river flow through the pristine setting, or cozy up by the fire pit at night, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the water and the crackling fire. This is truly a slice of paradise. Ideally located just a short drive to both Hiawassee and Helen, you’ll get the best of both worlds – small town charm, mountain adventures, and endless outdoor recreation. 

We offer four lots with drive in, drive out access. They are convienantly in the “Quad”. Lots 18, 19 and 20 are over 100 feet long leaving room for any size RV and it’s tow vehicle. Lot 20 is especialy desirable as it offers an unobstructed view of our large open from field. Lot 17 is well suited for compact travel trailers or Motor coach.

The Hemlock Cabin has just been refinished and redecorated. It has a queen bed and a loft area with a full bed. The loft is very kid-appropriate. It has A/C, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, a Blackstone griddle on the rocking chair porch, and the usual assortment of utensils. The cabin sits 20 feet back from the river with a fire pit and picnic table in between. The sheets are high-thread-count, and the towels are big and fluffy. You should be very comfy.
