If your deposit is not received within 48 hours of receiving this email, your reservation will be canceled. Payment for the balance of your stay will be due upon arrival. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge. Payments may also be made via Zelle or bank ACH with no surcharge. The balance of your stay will be due upon arrival. Check-in is at the gazebo located on lot #1. Please call (706) 406-3569 if you a0re not immediately greeted.

Cancellations: A two-week notice is required for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day weeks to cancel, or you will be charged for the full reservation.

Regular Season: Canceling your reservation 7 days ahead of your arrival will result in a $10.00 cancellation fee, which will be subtracted from your refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, you will not get your deposit back and will be charged the full reservation amount.

Due to high demand during the month of OCTOBER, any reservations during this month are NONREFUNDABLE.

Rules

For the enjoyment and safty of all of our guest, please be aware our rules listed below are strictly inforced.

1. 1. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
   2. Drunkenness or the use of marijuana or other illegal drugs will be deemed a default of this agreement and grounds for immediate eviction.
   3. RV must be washed, clean, and well-maintained. Allowing dirt or mold to accumulate on the exterior of RVs is not permitted. 
   4. All sites must be neat and free of trash.
   5. Pets
      

      Harlie is a 5-year-old Boykin Spaniel and owner of the Park Managers

      1. Renters are limited to having three (3) pets per occupied lot. S Dogs are not allowed to run free in the Park.
      2. Dogs may be walked on a leash in the Park, but renters must clean up after them on sites and on the Park's common areas.
      3. Dogs may be allowed off-leash in the large open field at the front of the park with the owner present.  
      4. Renters are not allowed to leave dogs unattended in cages or tethered while off-site. Dogs that disturb neighboring lots through loud or continuous barking will have their rental agreement terminated.
      5. So sorry but Pitt Bulls are not allowed in the RV Park. We know that your Pitty is the bestest Boy ever, but our insurance company will not allow it.  
   6. In the event renters are asked to leave the Park for violations, they must do so once requested.
   7. Using an extension/power cord to obtain electricity from the adjoining lot's power source is prohibited.
   8. The dumpster is for household trash only. All boxes should be crushed or folded flat. Items of any type may not be left beside or outside the Park's dumpster.
   9. Satellite dishes may be mounted on a tripod and placed in the driveway or in as inconspicuous a location as possible.
   10. Motorbikes, motorcycles, and scooters may not be operated on the property (except to reach your lot via the closest access from Wolfstake Road). The riding of any ATV is not allowed in the Park.
   11. The Park Speed Limit is 5 MPH and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
   12. Campfires are only permitted in a Park provided Chimineas or fire pits.
   13. No trash of any type is to be thrown into the Park's River or Pond.
   14. Respect the privacy of other park residents and do not trespass.
   15. Obnoxious, loud, or offensive activity is not allowed.
   16. Laundry machines are provided only for washing clothes, linens, and small bath mats. Do not wash or dry throw rugs.
   17. Do not wash/dry any pet bedding or clothing.
   18. Kindly clean the dryer lint trap after each use.
   19. Please be prompt about removing clothing from the washers and dryers. Do not allow laundry to remain in the laundry overnight.
